Frequently Asked Questions!
1) What is the turnaround time for an order for pickup? 2-4 days, depending on your order and our availablility.
3) Do you have a minimum order size? If you are placing an order for made-to-order we have a $24 minimum.
5) Do you cater or do large orders or events? Yes! We do cater or bake any size of order. Please give at least 5 days notice for orders over 50 pies.
7) How are the pies shipped? And how long does it take to get them? We use UPS or USPS, whichever can get the pies to you the quickest. They should arrive within 3-4 days.
9) Do you make large pies? Yes! We do make large pies, best to pre-order and we will make it for you!
2) How far in advance to I need to Pre-Order? A week in advance would be awesome, but give us a call if you need it sooner, we will see what we can do! All pre-orders must be paid in full before we begin baking.
4) Tell me more about your Gluten Free! Our Gluten Free crust uses a rice based flour (King Arthur or Cup4Cup, depending on the pie) with sour cream, we are not certified GF, but we make them first in a clean kitchen and are as careful as we can be.
6) How do I store my pies? Our favorite way to enjoy the mini transparent pies is to warm them in the oven 350° for 5-7 minutes makes them delicious and gooey! Be careful, the sugar can get hot! Pies are good for 5 days at room temp and can be kept in the freezer for up to a month. For full size pies (6" or 9"): Place foil over it, 350° for 15-20 minutes, makes the crust crips and flakey and the center warm! These larger pies are good for 4-5 days on the counter or wrap tightly and freeze for up to a month!
8) Do you make custom baked goods? Message us! We’d love to help create a custom cake, pie, or other baked good for your occasion. But let's be real, pie is where it's at!
